Independence Community is celebrating big closings and new construction projects about to be underway.  ECI has a project in the ballpark of $18 Million, Independence Place Apartments at $30 Million, D.R. Horton at $2.5 Million and a new Middle School just across the Base border at $22 Million.  A lot of great activity showing the market is taking a turn which will benefit Fort Stewart, Hinesville and the surrounding communities.
