The Sikes Group has owned, managed, and developed residential and commercial properties for over 35 years. We currently own three shopping centers comprised of 315,000 square feet of retail space, and a state-of-the-art climate control storage facility (515 units). These facilities are located in Hinesville and Savannah, Georgia. Additionally, we own residential developments in Long and Liberty County containing over 500 single and multifamily building lots. The Sikes Group has developed over 5000 building lots in the coastal region of Georgia during the last four decades.

Current Projects Include:

Crawford is located in Long County. The first phase of the property was developed in 2006, consisting of 140 lots and sold to local builders Phase 2 consists of 136 lots, and range in size from ½ to 1 acres, and currently being sold to local builders in anticipation of the new surge of troops moving to nearby Ft. Stewart, Georgia.

Vicker's Hill is a large lot development in Long County, located 2 miles outside of Ludowici, Georgia. This is the only development in the local area with large (2 to 20 acres) lots and paved roads. The project was built in one phase and was completed in April 2008. Each property owner, on such large parcels, has the choice of gardens, horses, and small farms. This project is extremely popular with military families who seldom have this type of land option.

Maybank Village is a townhome community located in the City of Hinesville. The finished pads are being sold to Georgia Southern Homebuilders, who offer two, three, and four bedroom townhomes in this amenitized project.

Murray Crossing is located in Long County. This rural setting is designed and permitted for 111 large building lots and well situated for easy access to area schools and nearby Ft. Stewart. Home prices will range from $170,000 to $210,000.
